Why do you exist?

When I started my first startup, we sold our B2B SaaS product to companies both big (like the NFL) and small (1 person startup teams).

We used a CRM and almost no one on the team kept it updated. Sometimes it was too time consuming, sometimes people would just forget when they have back to back sales calls. This meant that the latest status of the customer, their use cases, and what they cared about was basically only in the brain of 1 or 2 sales people.

So teammates would ask each other about customers in Slack. Like “What’s the latest status of Customer?” or “When is the feature going to be ready for Customer?” or “Remind me again what Customer’s needs were again?”. And then we’d have conversations in Slack that (also) would never get updated in the CRM.

Not having an updated CRM didn’t scale well. But also having a CRM didn’t scale well either.

So we decided to try to solve that. We had one key insight: when we updated our CRM, we were copying + pasting email conversations from customers and Slack conversations with teammates.

So why not just build a tool on top of where customer notes already live?

And that’s why we built Spryngtime.

So how does it work?

You connect your email and Slack to Spryngtime.
We automatically gather and organize email conversations into the CRM across all your teammates.
Your customer communicates with multiple team members via email?
No problem, we'll gather all the emails and add them to the CRM.
Then, we gather Slack conversations about the customer, summarize them, and add them to the CRM.

Then, when someone needs to know the latest about a customer or needs to remember a detail
they can just check the CRM.

Who's this for?

Our current focus is high growth startups and indie hackers who sell digital products (like SaaS).

Although many different types of sales team can use our product
we like to be laser focused on a niche of customers we know well.
But don't worry, as soon as we nail the product experience we'll open it for more customers!

How much does it cost?

We're still figuring that out to be honest. We're still early so it's not critical for us to get right.
We have a free plan that you can try out (email michael@spryngtime.com) but we'll likely charge anywhere from $10-$40 per person per month.

I'm sold. How do I sign up?

We're only rolling out our product to our early customers who can give us weekly feedback.
If that sounds like you, email us at help@spryngtime.com and we'd love to see if you're a fit!
